Art At Home

 

Workshops taught at The Creative Touch are designed to focus on a specific project. They are varied in nature, including decorative painting, faux finishing, and stenciling. For workshops you will need brushes and general painting supplies - specific supply lists are given at time of registration.

 

Make a floor cloth. Combine basic painting, stenciling and faux effects to create a great home decor accent. Choice of colors and stencil design.

 

4 hours - $65 (includes all paints, supplies and a light lunch.) Dates to come.

 

Hint - wear old clothes.

Check out the variety of classes that I will be teaching locally over the next few months:

bullet Furniture painting and faux finishes - Annie Sloan’s product workshops are being held at Counting Sheep Antiques where I will be teaching how to use these wonderful paints and waxes to create professional looking finishes on furniture and kitchen cabinets.
bullet Arty ART Party - For the adventurous I will take you step by step to re-create a masterpiece in one night. Imagine a Van Gogh, or Monet completed in 3 hours. These Masterpiece workshops are being offered at Post Road Art Center and at Lexington Arts And Crafts Center.
bullet Beginner Decorative Painting - Lexington Arts and Crafts Society Spring session is where I am teaching a 4 week beginner class. Discover how easy it is to paint your own personal accents, from a canvas for wall décor to painted objects that are your own one of a kind art work.
