I will be available by email and Deb will be in the studio most evenings. If you want to sign up for classes, or need supplies, contact me by email or call the studio and leave a message for Deb -one of us will get back to you ASAP.

Greetings from the Studio by the Lake.

Fall classes and workshops are all ready to go. We have some interesting projects that include painting simple portraits (one of a horse and another a lady on a hand mirror or small box), great pieces for home decorating including a new Shirley Wilson design for autumn and a banner of Sunflowers developed with needle felting. There are more in the works, some with fun faux finishes such as Lapis Lazouli.

These are just two examples of our projects - more pictures to come.

TEACHER EXCHANGE

The joint venture with Cynthia Erekson and me went extremely well. All the students in both locations had a wonderful time and are looking forward to doing it again.

Cynthia and I will be scheduling another set of classes where she will come to teach at The Creative Touch and I will teach at the Quilted Acorn Shoppe.

We’ll do the traveling so you won’t have to.

A REMINDER - “Finishing School” has proven to be popular and will continue into the Fall. Current schedule is for once or twice a month. These classes are for you to come in and get some help in finishing up those projects that have been left on the painting table.

You may register for all classes and workshops at the studio, by email or by phone (508-485-9306). Please provide credit card information to give a deposit. Payments by check must be received 1 week before the class. Sorry, we can’t reserve space for you without a deposit. Deposits are non refundable

The Creative Touch offers lessons, weekend workshops and seminars specifically developed for beginner and intermediate painters. These are taught in our studio or can be scheduled for any desired location.
